Available to culinary or bartender’s union members with 2,000 hours worked in the past 3 years. Borrowers must contribute 3.5% (FHA) or 1% (Conventional) of their own funds. HUD-certified Homebuyer class required. Agent must be certified with NV Partners. Income limits apply. Silent second mortgage, repayable if sold or refinanced.
